Unexpected Downtime on 23 April 2009 topic posted Thu, April 23, 2009 - 12:16 PM by carolyn

Once again, the database ran into a bug and surprised us with a crash this morning around 9:30 am PDT. The servers should all be up at this point, but expect a scheduled maintenance period tonight or tomorrow, and more regularly on a weekly basis going forward to address these problems.
