    <summary type="html">Once again, the database ran into a bug and surprised us with a crash this morning around 9:30 am PDT. The servers should all be up at this point, but expect a scheduled maintenance period tonight or tomorrow, and more regularly on a weekly basis going forward to address these problems.&#xD;
