If you hadn't noticed, tribe.net has been down for the better part of 48 hours. The reason for this is that the image server died again -- this is another of those dreaded SINGLE POINTS OF FAILURE with the old application I am so fond of talking about. While the site was down, I decided to set up a cluster of new machines to handle images, which we would have had to do for the new system anyway!

Also if you hadn't noticed, we are delayed about a month in our rollout schedule for the new codebase. I will post a new schedule this week after I meet (virtually) with the developers.
